Ingredients
- 160 gr of canned tuna
- 2 onions
- 500 gr of Randa Penne pasta
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 can of peeled tomato
- 1 One basil sprig
- 150 gr of pitted black olives
- 1 cuillère spoon of harissa
- 100 gr of capers
- 1 Salt pepper
Instructions
- Mix the peeled tomatoes with garlic, onion and a little basil.
- In an oiled skillet, fry 1 onion. Once golden, add the mixture and let simmer for 7 minutes.
- Add the harissa, capers, olives and tuna previously drained and crumbled and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook Randa Penne pasta in boiling salted water. Once cooked, drain and place in a bowl.
- Mix the pasta and sauce, garnish with chopped basil and serve hot.
