Ingredients
  • 160gr of canned tuna
  • 2 onions
  • 500gr of Randa Penne pasta
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 can of peeled tomato
  • 1 One basil sprig
  • 150gr of pitted black olives
  • 1cuillère spoon of harissa
  • 100gr of capers
  • 1 Saltpepper
Instructions
  1. Mix the peeled tomatoes with garlic, onion and a little basil.
  2. In an oiled skillet, fry 1 onion. Once golden, add the mixture and let simmer for 7 minutes.
  3. Add the harissa, capers, olives and tuna previously drained and crumbled and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook Randa Penne pasta in boiling salted water. Once cooked, drain and place in a bowl.
  5. Mix the pasta and sauce, garnish with chopped basil and serve hot.
